Besides the issue of "Who is Frank Essien and did he know he was a plaintiff" there are some other issues highlighted in the document, like discussion of former JACC Executive Director Jerry Moore's employment contract, a document which the filing characterizes as...well, I'll just let you read how the document puts it, ha ha.
I was also thrilled to see the legal "term of art" known as the "doctrine of unclean hands." Fun stuff!
